Who we are

When you use the contact form

The form asks for your name, work email, company, and optionally your phone number, role, and a message. We use those details only to answer your enquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about.

Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, emailed to our team, and trigger an acknowledgement email back to you. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by sending the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months [REVIEW: set the period you actually want] after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It processes your IP address and basic browser signals for that check. Turnstile does not track you across websites and is not used for advertising. This is strictly necessary to operate the form, so it runs without a separate consent step.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from attack, and keeps short term security logs.

Analytics cookies — your choice

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> that recognise a returning browser for up to two years, and records the pages viewed, rough location by country or city, and device type.

Analytics does not run until you press Accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, the Google script is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google acts as our processor and may process the data in the United States under the EU–US and UK–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings, which is also in the footer of every page.

Fonts

Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. [REVIEW: to avoid this entirely the font files can be hosted on our own domain.]

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled only by the service providers named above (Google, Cloudflare) acting on our instructions, and by our own team.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email Regortek@outlook.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also complain to your data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and in the EEA it is the supervisory authority where you live.
